15 tips to be healthy

We want healthy life. We don’t be healthy all time. If we follow some steps we can be healthy all time.
  • Needed to eat food that contains minimum fats.
  • Avoid much sugar.
  • Avoid smoking.
  • Avoid alcohol.
  • Eat fruits and vegetable for their high mineral & vitamin.
  • If you can go to gym more than 3 time in a week and try to stay more than 25 minutes.
  • Try to walk at least 30 minutes every day.
  • You can make a garden it can exercise your body.
  •  Try to take bath every day it keeps you hygienic.
  •  Always clean your hands before eat.
  • Clean your hands after toilet.
  • Clean your home every day.
  • Brush your teeth daily.
  • Clean your feet before sleep.
  • Finally you needed a proper sleep minimum 8 hours. To keep your mind fresh.

N.B: Discus with a doctor when you want to change your diet and exercise routines.
