- Needed to eat food that contains minimum fats.

- If you can go to gym more than 3 time in a week and try to stay more than 25 minutes.

- You can make a garden it can exercise your body.
- Try to take bath every day it keeps you hygienic.
- Always clean your hands before eat.
- Clean your hands after toilet.
- Clean your home every day.
- Brush your teeth daily.
- Clean your feet before sleep.
- Finally you needed a proper sleep minimum 8 hours. To keep your mind fresh.
